Ingrid was recommended by a cat rescue after adopting what I called “my behavior problem kitty.” Raus was very aggressive toward me and my other cats immediately after bringing him home. I was Raus’ fifth home in his short four years. He was completely declawed by a family as a kitten then taken to the pound once they had a child as Raus became a “biter.” For six weeks I tried being patient with him but was ready to take him back to the rescue. I have never given a cat back and isn’t something I believe in. When I adopt, it’s forever. But this cat was super aggressive 24/7 out of nowhere. Ingrid came to my home and educated me on so many things like litter box placement and size for a multi-cat household, foraging toys, play time, treats. I learned so many things in one afternoon, and took Ingrid’s advice and implemented every recommendation. Within two weeks my “behavior problem kitty” was no more. Two years later I have naturally bonded with Raus and he’s even sleeps on the bed with me at night right beside other cats. From time to time Raus is aggressive toward two of my other male cats but I know how to redirect him in a positive way thanks to Ingrid. I am so grateful to gain the knowledge she bestowed upon me. My home is peaceful, and that says a lot given I rescued five additional cats in less than two years. Many thanks from my household!
