With three cats, a long history of behavior issues, and a challenging small loft living space, I brought Ingrid quite the conundrum. Before our in-home consultation I was feeling hopeless that I would ever be able to fix the behavioral issues happening with my cats. I had worked with a different cat behaviorist before, but the results were short lived. Ingrid was able to not only give me feasible solutions to all of my issues that would really stick, but also give me better insight as to why my cats were behaving this way so I could better understand them and why they do what they do. As a self-proclaimed "crazy cat lady" I thought I knew a lot about cats, but I was blown away by Ingrid's wealth of knowledge, creativity, and true passion for what she does. She has given me, and my cats, the tools we need to create and maintain a harmonious living situation. I can honestly say that she has significantly improved the quality of life for all of us and we can’t thank her enough!

Brie enjoyed the cafeteria choices so much she decided to take a nap in one! This type of behavior, while yucky to a human, should NOT be deterred. Cats would naturally roll in sand or dirt to absorb oils in their coats, aiding the grooming process. If cats DO NOT like their cat litter or it is scented with nasty perfumes made for human noses, they will usually not do this behavior. If offering litters that actually appeal to your cats you may see this, and it is OK!
