We first heard of Ingrid from my sister who lives in Atlanta, she knew we were looking for help with one of our cats spraying. There was some skepticism on our part about a long distance phone consult but we were very impressed with the recommendations and the results. It's so great to have Ingrid give you the benefit of her expertise and help you when you're frustrated and feel that you don't have any good options. Following her advice and doing everything in stages kept things manageable and she was very responsive to follow up email questions about concerns that came up after the initial consult. In addition to addressing the spraying, she also provided feeding and playtime advice which helped reduce our cats stress levels and improved their interactions with each other and us.
